Custom designed front porch colonial in Rye, New York. This home boasts 5,000 square feet of living space including 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 baths, finished basement with wine cellar and bonus room in the attic. Generous room size with a functional layout makes this house a forever home.
Home Remodel in Rye, NY
This remodel project included the renovation of the kitchen, family room, master bathroom, hall bathroom and front foyer. An office space was also added to the first floor. All renovations were completed to achieve an open concept. The kitchen was completely redesigned and reconfigured with the help of Jennifer Howard of JWH Design and Cabinetry. The master bathroom was remodeled to accommodate a "his" and "her" space and we designed and installed custom paneling to enhance the front entry foyer.
Residential Rebuild in Rye, NY
This residential rebuild in Rye, NY, was a complete reconstruction from the foundation. The entire interior layout on both the first and second floor, was reconfigured to establish an open concept. The rebuild features the addition of a new bedroom, for a total of five bedrooms, as well as the addition of several bathrooms to provide each individual room with its own private ensuite. Our design team also worked in tandem with Jennifer Howard of JWH Design and Cabinetry to bring to life a beautiful, modern kitchen for the homeowners. Finally, the attic was refinished, adding a play room and bonus living space for the residents.
Kitchen Remodel & Addition in Darien, CT
This old kitchen situated in the back of this home was completely updated and outfitted with modern appliances and fixtures. The flooring was replaced and the back of the home was reconstructed to accommodate the renovated kitchen.
Kitchen Remodel in Rye Brook, NY
This Rye Brook kitchen was completely remodeled and updated to accommodate modern appliances and a more functional design. The fireplace was redesigned and refaced and the cathedral ceilings that existed in the living and dining area, were continued through into the new kitchen to open it up, making the entire space lighter and brighter. The kitchen was also slightly reconfigured to increase functionality and all cabinets, countertops and appliances were replaced.
Garage Addition in Darien, CT
This two-car garage was transformed into a small guest home that features a living room, full sized modern kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a three piece bathroom.
Accessory Basement Apartment & Garage in Somers, NY

This project consisted of a complete remodel of an unfinished basement in Somers, NY. The basement was transformed into a one bedroom accessory apartment complete with a fully functional kitchen and two bathrooms. In addition, we also designed and constructed an accessory garage for the residents.
Porch & Deck Addition in Rye, NY
This project consisted of both a front porch and back deck addition. Prior to the addition the home had a small front stoop and an even smaller back deck area. With this expansion and addition the family now has room to enjoy their large outdoor living space.
Portico Addition in Somers, NY
Here, we designed and constructed a unique portico that was added to a historic farmhouse in Somers, NY. The portico features built in wood bench seating on either side, flagstone landing and steps as well as a beautiful post structured railings.
Entryway Renovation in Bronxville, NY
The new entryway stoop now features a roof overhang supported by two custom columns that add architectural dimension and complement the existing home.

This 3,300 square foot pole barn located in Mahopac, NY boasts a six bay commercial size garage and ample loft space. Complicated roof structure and long spans required special attention and comprehensive detailing.
